📋 Description

• Own the diabetes product portfolio’s strategic roadmap for new product development • Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and increase accessibility, engagement, and impact across product versions and customizations • Define new or revised capability requirements • Define user stories, member journeys, and requirements to drive product improvement iterations • Direct and oversee quantitative analyses addressing critical business questions • Use data-driven insights, customer needs, and market dynamics to prioritize the product backlog • Define, refine, and track product key performance indicators • Support product positioning and differentiation against competition • Set the strategic roadmap for a core product innovation platform • Scope, plan, and direct cross-functional development teams to launch new products with speed and agility • Demonstrate strong leadership in product design and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in product design or product management required • Experience executing the product development lifecycle • Experience effectively working with 10+ colleagues across multiple functional areas • Experience managing direct reports and supporting professional development and personal growth • Structured and logical thinking, with ability to define business problems and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks • Proven capability conducting and managing quantitative analysis and developing detailed business cases • Ability to communicate complex issues succinctly to diverse organizational stakeholders • Highly developed project management skills • Advanced proficiency with common analytics and communications software, primarily Excel and PowerPoint • Results-focused, self-starter mentality with ability to develop goals and deliver against them • Intellectual curiosity and tenacity, with ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of work experience including time at a leading strategy consulting firm preferred • 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred • MBA or other relevant postgraduate education strongly preferred
