📋 Description

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans • Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses • Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions • Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines • Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations • Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements • Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners • Ability to travel up to 10% • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
