📋 Description

• Acts as a top-level specialist in project management, providing experience-based guidance and mentorship • Adapts project management methodologies and best practices to each project's needs • Advises project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches • Plans, executes, and monitors complex projects aligned with organizational objectives • Approves project plans, budgets, and resource allocations • Benchmarks project performance against industry standards, best practices, and KPIs • Reviews project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion • Coaches project managers and team members • Consults on project management practices, processes, and tools with stakeholders • Manages projects from initiation through completion, including resources, budgets, risks, and changes

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years work experience leading cross functional projects • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Bachelor's degree preferred • Specialized training or relevant professional qualification • PMP or lead six sigma certification preferred • Candidate may reside anywhere in the US; Eastern or Central time zone preferred
