📋 Description
• Driving growth in Specialty by building innovative products that ensure market leadership • Creating holistic solutions for oncology, rare disease, and high-cost therapies • Developing a robust product roadmap based on market trends • Working across the organization to deliver innovative solutions • Building and executing product roadmap for oncology and high-cost therapies • Collaborating with various teams to develop strategies for high-cost medical treatments
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ experience developing and owning healthcare innovation products • in-depth understanding of managed care and overall marketplace dynamics • Registered pharmacist (Doctor of Pharmacy) • Ability to manage multiple high growth products and related budgets • Ability to frame complex problems and develop solutions with minimal guidance • Ability to travel 1-2x per year
