📋 Description

• Lead the analytical strategy, market intelligence, and decision support framework for complex deal evaluation, PBM negotiation strategy, and pharmacy reimbursement performance • Serve as a strategic partner across the organization by translating business priorities, market dynamics, and analytical findings into actionable recommendations • Own financial models and pre-negotiation intelligence packages for CVS Pharmacy’s payer portfolio • Build multi-year deal strategies reflecting counterparty economics • Produce scenario analyses establishing where CVS can trade and where it must hold • Prepare work products used in live negotiations and recurring cross-functional forums, including the weekly Finance Call and Payer Operating Strategy meeting • Provide quantified negotiation positions and defined walk-away points • Operate as an individual contributor with exposure to senior decision-making and development toward deal ownership and portfolio leadership within Payer Relations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pharmacy reimbursement, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or healthcare financial analysis • Ability to build, document and defend multi-year financial models constructed from incomplete or contested inputs • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including scenario construction and sensitivity analysis • Ability to translate quantitative analysis into a concise written recommendation suitable for Vice President and above audiences • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent analytical deliverables against externally driven negotiation deadlines • Travel up to 10% of the time • Bachelors degree required • Advanced degree preferred
