📋 Description

• Set domain strategy and vision in collaboration with business leaders • Define key use cases for PBM domain data and collaborate on technical solutions • Validate that technical solutions meet strategy and business use cases • Establish, document, and monitor Data Governance and Data Quality metrics • Define domain-specific objectives and key results (OKRs) with data stewards • Track data governance effectiveness and drive compliance with data policies and standards • Empower end-users as the subject matter expert for domain-specific data and systems • Support data querying, reporting, and analytics standardization across the PBM • Facilitate resource planning and allocation for data governance initiatives • Participate in the PBM Data Stewardship council as a decision-maker • Provide domain expertise and act as a conduit to relevant business leaders • Partner with the DDAT Team and PBM business units to guide data governance and ensure data accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a highly regulated, complex, data-heavy environment • Experience collaborating with IT/Data organizations to set goals and oversee execution • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy in a technology context • 7+ years of demonstrated organizational skills, such as project management or managing cross-team/department initiatives, with demonstrated success • 5+ years of healthcare experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • PBM experience preferred • Experience collaborating with agile technical teams as a subject matter expert, product manager, program manager, or product analyst preferred • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau and MicroStrategy preferred • Familiarity with relational databases and data architecture concepts preferred
