• Deliver strategic product support through the sales process to achieve revenue, customer, membership, and profit earnings growth • Align policies and procedures for the Product, Innovation & Delivery team (PID) with organizational goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support departments • Partner with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolio • Help identify and support growth opportunities across target segments • Support product launches, pilots, enhancements and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts • Partner with Analytics to lead the development of case studies and integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into collateral • Support development of product-specific sales training for new products and features
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably within healthcare, PBM, health plan or pharmaceutical strategy • 5 + years of Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy or Operations experience • 5 + years of experience working simultaneously with multiple teams in a cross functional environment • Ability to travel approximately 10–15% of time to support client meetings, conferences, and other high-priority engagements
