📋 Description

• define the strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for your value stream aligned to the A1A vision • translate complex business and customer problems into clear, value-driven priorities • partner with engineering, design, business, and data to deliver meaningful product solutions • ensure work is tied to measurable value (customer outcomes, business impact, operational efficiency) • continuously evaluate where to invest, pivot, or stop based on data, discovery, and results • deliver through influence across multiple teams and backlogs • drive cross-functional decision-making and alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution • engage leadership and stakeholders to gather feedback and evolve strategy and roadmap • lead ongoing product discovery to understand member, advocate, client, and business needs • incorporate market, industry, and competitive insights to inform product direction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ required experience in technology product management, with demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise products/capabilities • 5+ years’ experience facilitating cross-functional teams • 3+ years’ experience working in an agile environment and leading decentralized teams • 1+ years of mentoring, coaching, and/or leading colleagues • strong communication and interpersonal skills • ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure environments • strong understanding of engineering and software development concepts and practices • technology acumen • passion and experience in improving internal and external customer experiences • ability to travel up to 1–2 times per year and support east coast business hours
