📋 Description

• Leading CVS Pharmacy's organic social presence, community engagement strategy, and platform-native content execution across YouTube, Reddit, Threads, and emerging community-driven platforms • Building brand credibility, trust, and customer engagement by ensuring CVS participates authentically in relevant conversations • Creating meaningful community experiences and leveraging consumer insights to inform enterprise decision-making • Driving platform-specific content execution, cultivating meaningful customer engagement, and leveraging social listening and insights to inform business decisions • Establishing community governance, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in social media, community management, content strategy, digital engagement, or related fields • Deep expertise in YouTube, Reddit, and community-based social platforms, including content execution, audience engagement, moderation, and analytics • Strong understanding of social listening, audience intelligence, sentiment analysis, and community insights • Proven ability to operate strategically while also managing day-to-day execution • Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate sensitive issues, misinformation, and reputational risk • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field
