📋 Description

• Manage replacement projects for critical operations equipment • Ensure facility systems integrity • Design and implement material handling systems • Ensure regulatory compliance • Prioritize investments across the distribution network • Manage capital finances • Provide operational engineering support across the network • Prepare subject-specific budgets • Control expenditures • Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures with Facility Services and DC Operations Teams • Emphasize communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relations management • Promote and reinforce safety, security awareness, and compliance among all associates

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience working in a project management capacity • 5-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment • Background in material handling systems • Background in facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization • Ability to travel up to 50% on certain projects if needed • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • PMP certification preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred • Experience with Ariba, Service Channels, PO Issuing Platforms, Smart Sheets, and MS Projects preferred
