📋 Description

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, primarily focused on Payment Integrity products • Secure required resources and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools • Manage projects for on-time completion according to specifications and within budget • Provide experience-based guidance and mentorship for technical deployments on the HRP platform • Adapt project management methodologies and best practices to project needs • Advise project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches • Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects aligned with organizational objectives • Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while ensuring adherence to governance standards • Benchmark project performance against industry standards, best practices, and KPIs • Check project deliverables, milestones, and timelines for timely and accurate completion • Coach project managers and team members • Consult with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Project Management work experience in the areas of payment integrity or technical implementations of new products • Problem solving and decision making, working in the gray with little direction • Collaboration and teamwork • Growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • 3+ years of experience on a technical project or alignment with the HRP Aetna commercial platform • Experience in deploying technical implementations • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or 10+ years of relevant professional qualification
