📋 Description

• Carries out and facilitates Scrum events • Removes impediments and promotes collaboration • Supports the Product Owner and drives continuous improvement • Ensures effective implementation of the Scrum framework • Counsels Scrum Master teams on agile principles and values • Interprets agile metrics and reporting to track and report key information and monitor team progress • Designs and develops process evaluation tools to assess Scrum principles in team processes • Develops actionable insights from analytics and reports on team productivity, velocity, and quality • Develops stakeholder communication strategies to gather and incorporate feedback into process improvements • Facilitates the Scrum process and supports the Scrum team • Implements sharing and documentation systems using wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools • Instructs team members on agile values, principles, and practices • Interfaces with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to buffer potential obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years work experience • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Adept at business intelligence • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
