📋 Description

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement • Lead Agile execution for Salesforce implementation and delivery teams • Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog • Identify, track, and remove delivery blockers and impediments • Align development, Salesforce administration, QA, and business teams with sprint goals • Monitor sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices • Coordinate Salesforce implementation and release activities • Help teams follow Salesforce release and deployment processes • Identify delivery risks and proactively escalate issues when necessary • Ensure teams remain focused on committed sprint objectives and delivery timelines • Support a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing Agile team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform delivery experience • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile/Scrum delivery teams • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud • Experience in fast-paced Salesforce implementation/delivery projects, not solely production support or O&M environments • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes • Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and/or Salesforce DevOps tools • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills • Must be a U.S. Citizen • CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce configuration experience preferred • Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile environments preferred • Experience with Salesforce DevOps/release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum preferred
