📋 Description

• Lead successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile best practices, and promote continuous improvement • Support planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale technology programs • Operate and optimize an Agile-based SDLC for teams of technical and business resources • Coach and mentor leaders and stakeholders on Agile methodologies • Counsel Scrum teams on Agile principles and values to support self-organization, continuous learning, and continuous improvement • Interpret Agile metrics and reporting frameworks to track and report key information and monitor team progress • Utilize Agile tools to manage day-to-day Scrum activities • Develop actionable insights from analytics and report on team productivity, velocity, and quality • Develop stakeholder communication strategies and incorporate feedback into process improvements • Facilitate the Scrum process and support the Scrum team • Implement sharing and documentation systems through wikis, documentation platforms, or knowledge management tools • Coach team members, stakeholders, and product owners on Agile values, principles, and practices • Interface with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to buffer potential obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years’ work experience • 2-5 years’ experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration, communication and teamwork skills • Growth mindset and ability to develop yourself and others • Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Scrum Master Certification • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred • Understanding of software development preferred • Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications preferred • Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams preferred • Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting preferred • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
