📋 Description

• Architect, develop, integrate, support, and continuously improve CVS Health’s automated distribution center technology platforms • Provide Tier III support for mission-critical Supply Chain systems in 24x7 fulfillment environments • Lead root cause analysis for production incidents involving automation, controls, integrations, or warehouse execution functions • Analyze application logs, database activity, message queues, interface traffic, PLC communication, and vendor support diagnostics • Execute disaster recovery, rollback, and business continuity procedures • Support expansion, optimization, and operational readiness of AutoStore environments • Partner with robotics vendors and operational teams to improve system availability and throughput • Design infrastructure, controls, networking, and redundancy improvements for future AutoStore growth • Assist with validation, testing, and deployment of new AutoStore functionality and infrastructure enhancements • Lead medium- to large-scale Distribution Center modernization projects • Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and testing strategies • Coordinate vendors, operations teams, infrastructure teams, and project management organizations • Support capital investments and technology evaluations for emerging logistics technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, automation platforms, or logistics technology environments • 5+ years of experience with Warehouse Management, Warehouse Execution, or Warehouse Control Systems • Experience supporting high-availability production systems in a 24x7 operational environment • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale software implementations and system integrations • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • High school diploma plus 4 years of relevant work experience as an alternative educational pathway • Strong technical expertise, leadership, troubleshooting, and complex project delivery skills
