📋 Description

• Provide telephonic patient contact in a remote practice setting • Collaborate with health care professionals to provide meaningful patient experiences • Use critical thinking to develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states • Make outbound calls to educate and support patients regarding new medication • Support defined patient populations through telecommunications nursing outreach programs • Educate patients on medication adherence and disease-state training • Provide continuity of care for patients and caregivers • Work Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted RN license in the state of residence • Must have multi-state/compact privileges • Ability to be licensed in all non-compact states, territories and the District of Columbia based on business needs • Must meet state nursing board requirements • 3+ years of clinical RN experience required • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Candidate may reside in WI, AZ, IA, TX, MO, ID, NM or OH • Previous telephonic nursing experience preferred • EPIC systems experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • RN Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing
