📋 Description

• Provide patient contact in a telephonic practice setting • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for patients with multiple disease states • Conduct outbound calls to educate and support patients regarding new medication • Support continuity of care for defined patient populations through nursing outreach programs • Educate patients on medication adherence and disease states • Collaborate with health care professionals • Provide compassionate patient support and customer service • Work Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence • Must have multi-state/compact privileges and ability to obtain licensure in all non-compact states, territories and the District of Columbia as business needs require • Must meet applicable state nursing board requirements • Must be based in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Idaho, or Iowa for this requisition • 3+ years of clinical RN experience required • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Previous telephonic nursing experience preferred • EPIC systems experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelors in Nursing
