📋 Description
• Conduct online 'Video Visits' with health plan members • Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ capacity units per month • Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas • Engage with regular manager and clinical meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Clinicians must maintain training and compliance with Video Visit requirements • Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, or similar formats (preferred) • Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage areas
