📋 Description

• Own and manage the full implementation lifecycle for new CyberMaxx customers, from kickoff through go-live and transition to steady-state operations • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource schedules; identify risks, dependencies, and scope changes and drive mitigation plans • Serve as the primary customer contact during onboarding and build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders • Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Security Operations, and Customer Success teams to scope and deploy technical requirements, integrations, and data sources • Lead project status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive business reviews • Manage multiple concurrent implementations across customer projects of varying size and complexity • Improve and standardize implementation methodology, tooling, and documentation • Track implementation metrics including time-to-value, milestone adherence, and customer satisfaction; escalate risks • Ensure a documented handoff from implementation to MDR operations and Customer Success teams • Maintain working knowledge of CyberMaxx’s MDR platform, security services, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, including significant experience leading technical implementations, onboarding, or professional services engagements • Prior experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, SaaS, or another technical services environment strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects with competing priorities and tight timelines • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to executive and technical audiences • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies • Proficiency with standard project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa • High degree of ownership, humility, and customer-first mindset • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, or other core security technologies and integrations preferred • Experience in an MDR, MSSP, or similar security operations environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
