📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Atlassian environments (Cloud or Data Center). • Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and automation. • Manage Confluence spaces, templates, and content governance. • Administer Bitbucket repositories and access controls. • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability. • Implement integrations with CI/CD, identity providers, and collaboration tools. • Develop automation and APIs to streamline processes. • Ensure platform security, compliance, and audit readiness. • Provide advanced support and training to end users. • Drive continuous improvement and platform standardization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • 3–7+ years administering Atlassian tools. • Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence. • Experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments. • Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and automation. • Knowledge of Agile or ITIL frameworks. • Atlassian certifications (ACP series). (Preferred) • Experience with marketplace plugins such as ScriptRunner or Tempo. (Preferred) • Integration experience with enterprise systems. (Preferred) • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices. (Preferred) • Experience with SSO and identity management tools. (Preferred)
