📋 Description

• Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning consulting solutions with business goals • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across multiple industries • Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources • Facilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder reporting • Oversee engagement financial performance, including billing and forecasting • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction • Support strategic transformation initiatives for clients • Contribute to consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and program management within an enterprise client-facing role • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive audiences • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies • Solid technical foundation, including Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions • Experience managing project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and milestone-based funding • Strength in client engagement management, expectation setting, executive communication, risk mitigation, and issue resolution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with audiences at all organizational levels • Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans and insights • Confident decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements • Collaborative leadership and conflict-resolution skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project • Prior experience delivering Microsoft Cloud projects or working with Microsoft funding programs is a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent project management education preferred
