📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, narrative, and production of executive keynotes from theme and story structure through scripts, slides, rehearsal, and delivery • Build and run the executive speaking program for customer conferences and flagship events • Shape main-stage programming, including opening and closing keynotes, fireside chats, customer sessions, and panels • Collaborate with Events, Product Marketing, and Creative to create a coherent event story • Coach executives, customers, and partners to deliver strong presentations • Support executive speaking at industry conferences, analyst events, and media forums with External Communications • Prepare content for leaders with sharp messages and clear goals • Build a consistent platform-level story across Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security • Maintain a library of core narratives, proof points, customer stories, and data • Work with executives to develop authentic, distinct points of view aligned with Cyera • Provide direct, constructive feedback to executives

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in executive communications, keynote development, speechwriting, product marketing, or corporate communications • B2B technology or enterprise security experience is a plus • A record of building keynotes and executive narratives for major stages • Experience with flagship events such as Dreamforce, Team, RSA, or similar is a plus • Exceptional writing and storytelling craft • Experience building thought leadership programs that earned real reach through speaking, bylines, media, or social • Strong presentation instincts, including structuring talks, pacing stories, and designing slides • Proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides, or similar tools • Experience coaching senior executives, including at the C-suite • Strong project leadership across multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, and high-visibility moments • Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, human language for CISOs and boards • AI fluency, including use of AI tools in research, drafting, and production • Stakeholder skills across marketing, product, sales, research, and executive teams • Operating principles matching Cyera's: push boundaries, own and act, elevate together • Collaborative style • Willingness to travel for events approximately 20 to 30 percent of the time
