• Responsible for directing and developing teams that oversee relationships with key commercial clients to achieve sales and revenue targets • Work with national customers to understand their needs and create customized solutions, negotiate contracts and price, and provide ongoing support • Coordinate resources and ensure commercial customer needs are met • Sales efforts to achieve budgetary goals, meeting monthly booking goals and hotel revenue guidelines for the assigned Market Segment • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication • Participate in daily business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings
• Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field • Masters or better in Business Administration or related field • 5-10 years: Enterprise level account management experience • 5-10 years: Leadership and management experience
