📋 Description
• Drive the AI Molecular Design (AI MD) enterprise strategy • Lead prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of AI MD initiatives • Establish a streamlined operating cadence across initiatives and OpCos • Act as an enterprise integrator across AI teams, OpCos, and external partners/alliances • Provide clear, executive-level insights on performance, risks, and financials
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles • Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines) • Proven track record managing complex partnerships and alliances • Deep expertise in influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and OpCos • Experience utilizing portfolio or program management tools to drive structured execution, prioritization, and delivery • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
