📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of maintenance programs across a GMP-regulated life sciences manufacturing network. • Ensure that equipment, utilities, and facilities operate at peak reliability to support production of life-saving therapies. • Drive a culture of operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. • Establish standardized preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance frameworks for GMP equipment and critical infrastructure. • Lead reliability and operational excellence initiatives, improving asset availability. • Maintain executive accountability for maintenance compliance with global regulatory standards. • Direct the enterprise CMMS/EAM and digital maintenance strategy for data integrity and asset visibility. • Lead and develop maintenance leadership teams in partnership with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and key vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field. • 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, or operations experience in a GMP life sciences environment (biotech, pharma, medical devices). • 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or large-scale maintenance programs. • Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM systems. • Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime in regulated manufacturing.
