📋 Description

• Install, repair, calibrate, clean and test instruments using logical troubleshooting procedures in a timely manner • Build and maintain positive customer relationships • Review solutions with customers, discuss needs and ensure safe operation • Maintain field parts inventory, testing devices and tools • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at customer sites and in the company vehicle • Support customer needs as part of the Field Service organization • Cover the South New Jersey/Philadelphia territory

🎯 Requirements

• One-year Field Service Engineer or related experience or basic troubleshooting experience in electromechanical, networking, IT system upgrades or similar • Associate’s degree, Technical Associate’s degree, Electronic Technology Diploma and/or relevant Military experience • Travel up to 30-35%, potentially including overnight stays in the territory • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lb • Proficiency with analyzer network/connectivity setup and support directly to Laboratory Information System/Health Care Information systems is a plus • Preferred CompTIA A+ certification • Experience in the medical field is a plus
