📋 Description

• Service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities • Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives • Drive urgency to address customer needs promptly • Emphasize first-time fixes through the problem-solving process • Improve throughput, decrease downtime, perform preventive maintenance, and complete upgrades • Advocate for internal and external customers • Report to the District Service Manager within the Life Sciences Service Organization • Cover New England, upstate New York, Quebec, part of Ontario, and the Maritimes

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, or life science, or equivalent military experience • 1+ year's experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting instrumentation challenges • Up to 70% flying and/or driving travel, including overnight stays • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, or place up to 50 lbs. unassisted • Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, sit, squat, kneel, ascend and descend stairs, and reach with hands and arms
