📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end solutions that streamline workflow and digitally transform the Operations department • Communicate complex and controversial analytics and findings to non-technical business stakeholders using clear language, visualization, and other means • Participate in cross-functional projects supporting supply chain, manufacturing, and quality operations • Develop new applications and business processes that precede data analytics • Make autonomous decisions about methodologies and technologies to accomplish higher-level objectives • Potentially expand scope to support departments outside Operations • Work with the latest available AI technologies and learn new skills on the job

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant field • 2+ years of job experience in data analytics, data science, biotech industry, supply chain, or manufacturing • Demonstrated ability to apply operational business practices and coordinate with closely related areas to improve efficiency • Fully remote work arrangement from home • Full stack development experience is a plus • Solvers and optimization (LP/MIP)s experience is a plus
