📋 Description

• Execute and support strategic partnership initiatives and cross-functional programs that advance business objectives and expand organizational capabilities. • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Digital Product, IT, and external organizations to drive project execution and key deliverables. • Coordinate, document, and track business requirements, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions. • Support product and partnership launches through launch readiness activities, stakeholder communications, training coordination, and operational transition planning. • Analyze customer, partner, and operational insights to identify continuous improvement opportunities. • Contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of product and partnership programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related discipline. • Experience applying established methods to analyze information and develop findings and recommendations. • Previous experience supporting strategic partnerships or external collaborations is a plus. • Experience working cross-functionally with globally distributed teams and without direct authority is a plus. • Product launch planning, commercialization, or launch-readiness experience within life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or a related scientific industry is a plus. • Experience using project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
