• Deploy and sustain Growth Commercial DBS systems, including Daily Management, Growth Rooms, and operating reviews across marketing • Partner with marketing leadership to translate growth strategy into executable plans using Policy Deployment and structured problem solving • Build and standardize key marketing processes (demand generation, digital marketing, segmentation, performance management) • Lead a portfolio of kaizen initiatives to improve commercial performance and eliminate waste across marketing value streams • Develop DBS capabilities through training, coaching, and certification of marketing and cross-functional leaders
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, commercial operations, DBS, or continuous improvement roles • Hands-on experience with DBS fundamentals, including Daily Management, Kaizen, standard work, and problem solving • Proven experience leading commercial or growth improvement initiatives with measurable business impact • Experience deploying structured operating systems such as Policy Deployment, operating reviews, or similar methodologies • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams • Ability to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international travel.
