📋 Description

• Lead commercialization and sustain the Custom Oligo portfolio • Develop strategic plans and pricing strategies to achieve annual revenue and margin growth objectives • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Quality, and other functions to launch and manage Custom Oligo products • Develop sales enablement training with Sales for new and on-market products • Support key accounts • Serve as a subject matter expert for Custom Oligo products and target markets/customers • Analyze market trends and competitors • Build and leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to establish multi-year product forecasts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent in business, life sciences, or marketing • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Commercial Marketing; 5 years preferred • 2+ years of experience within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or related scientific industry • Demonstrated success in launching and sustaining excellent products • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally • Formal project management experience is a plus; PMP or similar not required • Experience influencing Senior and Functional Leaders to lead change without direct supervisory leverage is a plus • Experience working cross-functionally with a globally distributed team is a plus • Less experience may be accepted with an MBA/MSc/PhD degree or internal Danaher experience
