📋 Description

• Drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives, operating model enhancements, governance frameworks, and cross-functional programs across Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, HR M&A, Mobility, Recognition, and Health and Wellness • Partner with Total Rewards leaders and stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and HR Service Delivery • Translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions, disciplined execution plans, and sustainable operating models • Provide compensation support to Danaher’s corporate functions • Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards operating models, governance structures, and transformation initiatives • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for enterprise decision-making, prioritization, risk management, and execution • Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, operating reviews, and leadership updates • Serve as a strategic compensation partner for designated corporate functions • Provide market insights, compensation planning support, and program guidance • Support compensation program effectiveness through governance, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compensation, parallel fields such as finance, people/data analytics, HR Business Partnering, professional services/consulting, or a large global company • Experience developing and delivering technology solutions supporting a corporation’s global people strategy • Workday experience is a plus • Strong technical data skills • Advanced Excel proficiency • Experience with M&A due diligence and integration • Strong project management skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency • Occasional travel not to exceed 25%
