📋 Description

• Lead preconstruction activities from opportunity through construction handoff • Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans • Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments • Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to align solutions with cost and schedule objectives • Establish preconstruction standards, processes, and performance metrics • Build and lead a high-performing team inclusive of estimators and a BIM lead • Ensure data center network infrastructure projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, risk-assessed, and prepared for successful execution • Measure estimate accuracy, on-time project readiness, cost savings and value engineering results, customer satisfaction, and team engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; relevant experience can be substituted for degree • 10+ years of experience in data center, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or mission-critical construction • 5+ years of leadership experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project delivery • Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, procurement, and risk management • Working knowledge of BIM or similar design software • Strong knowledge of Accubid or similar estimating software • OSHA 30 can be acquired post-hire if necessary • Ability to travel 25–50% based on need, including project visits and client-facing engagements • Strategic Leadership • Cost Estimating & Financial Analysis • Project Planning & Scheduling • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Risk Management • Executive Communication
