📋 Description

• Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment • Provide excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulter customers • Provide technical training on products • Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records • Order repair parts and adhere to cycle times • Use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service call planning and advancing team goals • Communicate with internal and external customers at various levels and address their unique needs • Assist with training newer Field Service Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, preferably in technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent military experience may be considered case by case • 1 year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation • Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex systems • Ability to travel 100%, including some overnight visits, within the territory or locations • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lb unassisted • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, turn, crouch/crawl, push/pull, sit/stand for extended periods, reach at/above/below shoulder level, flex/extend neck, and use good hand and finger dexterity • 3+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience is a plus • Experience developing relationships with internal and external customers is a plus
