📋 Description

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities • Conduct customer demonstrations and material evaluation • Perform on-site installations • Service and repair complex equipment and systems for all products and markets • Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment • Instruct customers in system operation and maintenance • Provide customer training • Participate in Call Center Phone Support and CRM system when not traveling • Perform other internal activities • Potentially serve as the primary technical support contact for assigned customer accounts • Work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of identifiable factors • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required • 1-3 years related experience • Exposure to the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging industries • Ability to travel from 50-75%, both domestic and internationally • Highly motivated and self managing • Analytical thinker with great troubleshooting skills • Strong customer communication skills • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily • Ability to perform the essential functions with reasonable accommodation where applicable
