📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites nationally • Manage customer relationships through effective use of technical knowledge • Deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving issues efficiently • Understand customers' business environments and contribute to service revenue growth • Collaborate with the regional team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and share best practices • Learn new tools and become qualified across multiple modalities as needed • Complete administrative and compliance tasks, including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, PMs, FCOs, and installation documentation • Adhere to quality, safety, company, state, and federal regulations • Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using established tools, resources, and escalation processes • Perform preventative maintenance, field changes, installations, and corrective service within required timeframes • Travel extensively to assigned territory and nationwide customer sites, including overnight stays and air travel

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment • Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is preferred • Strong technical aptitude applying electronic, mechanical, and networking principles • Ability to use diagnostic tools and test equipment • Associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience • Practical problem-solving skills in regulated service environments • Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel extensively, approximately 90%, including overnight stays and nationwide air travel • Must reside in a city within the territory (Northern California, Washington or Oregon) holding the majority of the customer base • Must be located within 1 hour's drive of a major non-regional airport • US work authorization required • Candidates requiring current or future work-visa sponsorship will not be considered • No company relocation benefits provided
