📋 Description

• Contribute to sales strategies and account plans as part of the core account team • Develop sales opportunities and create a sales funnel to meet business targets • Manage leads and prospects using customer relationship management software • Focus on Filtration Consumables opportunities, single-use designs, related technologies, and equipment within the territory • Provide product expertise to Account Managers during the sales process and independently identify opportunities • Develop modality process-solution sales in the assigned territory • Establish long-lasting technical customer relationships • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, instrument demonstrations, customer training, post-sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes, and promotional events • Lead technical and process-related discussions with customer Subject Matter Experts • Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and answer sophisticated technical and application-related customer queries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a relevant field • 2+ years of hands-on experience with filtration and downstream processing preferred • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • Problem-solving skills applied to customer processes • Data analysis skills for performance and sales trend reporting • Ability to travel 20%, including overnight travel, within the territory or locations • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 35 lb • GMP manufacturing experience is a plus • Process development experience with knowledge of clinical workflow is a plus • Commercial sales-process experience, preferably in the biotechnology industry, is a plus • Cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, and funnel-management experience is a plus
