📋 Description

• Lead the integration, design, and implementation of the Danaher Business System • Drive targeted improvements within Danaher Diagnostics • Establish and execute collaboration agreements • Provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to Platform Leadership • Plan and lead DBS Leadership training sessions • Develop succession capability and build talent funnels • Facilitate the Annual business planning process • Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred • 12+ years leading various lean manufacturing processes • Significant practitioner experience in quality principles and technical tools • Experience as a general manager responsible for a variety of functions and a P&L • Aspirations to become a President of an Operating Company within 3 years • Experience as a transition leader of a large acquisition • Ability to challenge and influence Executives and peers • Proven process improvement and change management skills
