• BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred • 12+ years leading various lean manufacturing processes • Significant practitioner experience in quality principles and technical tools • Experience as a general manager responsible for a variety of functions and a P&L • Aspirations to become a President of an Operating Company within 3 years • Experience as a transition leader of a large acquisition • Ability to challenge and influence Executives and peers • Proven process improvement and change management skills
