📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and serve as the escalation point for complex laboratory informatics, software, integration, networking, and cybersecurity issues across North America • Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues through analysis of application logs, database records, network communications, and system performance data to identify root causes and drive resolution • Partner with customer IT, LIS, networking, and security teams to support Beckman Coulter informatics solutions deployed in physical, virtual, and cloud-hosted environments • Lead and support software implementations, upgrades, migrations, analyzer integrations, and customer onboarding activities while ensuring adherence to standard work and quality requirements • Coach and mentor field service engineers and field applications specialists in informatics troubleshooting, technical problem solving, and issue resolution best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience supporting laboratory middleware, laboratory informatics applications, laboratory automation systems, or Life Sciences instrumentation (DxFLEX, Vi-CELL, CytoFLEX) • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems, networking infrastructure, virtualization platforms, databases, or cybersecurity-related issues • Ability to work directly with customer IT, LIS, networking, and security personnel to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex software, integration, network, and infrastructure issues
