📋 Description

• Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce, Agentforce AI, Marketing, Customer Care, and Digital Customer Experience initiatives • Drive adoption of Scrum principles and Agile best practices • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Drive continuous improvement and team accountability • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and manage sprint commitments • Remove delivery impediments and align delivery with strategic business objectives • Manage Jira and Agile metrics, including team velocity, sprint progress, release readiness, defects, dependencies, risks, and program health • Provide executive-level reporting • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Customer Care, Marketing, IT, development, QA, DevOps, and vendor partners • Ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment • Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for high-performing cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline • 8+ years of Scrum Master experience within enterprise IT organizations • 3+ years supporting Salesforce-based programs and product teams • Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies • Experience with AI/Agentforce programs and customer-facing digital platforms • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Agile dashboards, and reporting tools • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery frameworks • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
