📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic IT partner to Manufacturing and Quality leadership • Define, govern, and evolve the Manufacturing and Quality technology roadmap • Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic technology initiatives • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through emerging technologies • Provide enterprise leadership across the Manufacturing and Quality IT portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field is required • A secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline is strongly preferred • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management or general leadership role • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organization
