• Lead national and regional payer engagement, including interactions with medical directors and policy decision-makers. • Secure coverage, appropriate reimbursement, and reduce administrative barriers across commercial and government payers. • Develop and lead market access strategies aligned with commercial goals and product positioning. • Partner with Medical Affairs and Clinical teams to assess evidence gaps and shape evidence-generation strategies. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop consistent, payer-focused value messaging. • Track payer policies, clinical guidelines, competitive trends, and emerging evidence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Life Sciences • 10 or more years of experience in market access, reimbursement or payer strategy within diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare services. • Expertise in pediatric and rare diseases, genetic testing, and/or other specialty testing areas • Strong understanding of coding, coverage, and payment pathways for IVDs and LDTs.
