📋 Description

• Validate new Chemistry and/or Immunoassay instrument installations against Beckman Coulter and customer requirements • Prepare customers for and complete instrumentation validation studies • Perform instrument setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons • Work directly with customer Key Operators during validation to reinforce training • Ensure customer staff are prepared to use and maintain instrumentation • Address customer questions and concerns about instrument operation and assay performance • Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay- and QC-related questions • Provide onsite training on proper instrumentation operation • Collaborate with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams • Travel extensively across the Northwest United States and elsewhere in the United States as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or another related field • Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science background, or similar • Advanced understanding of the diagnostics or healthcare industry • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory environments, including standard laboratory practices, quality control, record keeping, CAP, and CLIA requirements • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently, adapt, and solve problems • Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% by air and/or vehicle, including overnight stays • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 lbs. • Bachelor's degree in a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist-related field is a plus
