📋 Description

• Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of mid to large-scale multi-discipline installations within Clinical Laboratory settings • Develop and execute instrumentation project plans, ensuring customer readiness and adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards • Coordinate and collaborate with laboratory directors, engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation • Conduct comprehensive assessments of laboratory infrastructure and readiness requirements • Recommend appropriate instrumentation, data management, and automation system solutions timelines • Oversee procurement and installation of equipment • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices • Manage instrumentation, data management, and automation system solutions implementations • Report to the Manager, Project Management as part of the Solutions One Project Management Team

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree with 5+ years of Project Management experience • Proven track record in managing projects, with examples and project artifacts such as Communication Plans, Project Plans, and Risk Plans • Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, with a heavy emphasis on the Laboratory Regulatory environment • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in Project Management software such as Smartsheet • Experience reading and interpreting floor plans and design drawings • Ability to travel Monday-Friday, 80% nationally • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Construction and IT experience in Project Management is a plus • PMP Certification is a plus • Background in Medical Technology and work experience is a plus • Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices, including Quality Control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, COLA)
