📋 Description
• Manage video editing projects from assignment through completion • Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables • Perform QA on edited videos before final approval • Review pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality • Provide clear revision feedback to video editors • Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients • Keep communication and project workflows organized across the team
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organization and attention to detail • Experience in project management, creative operations, video production, or a similar environment • Comfortable communicating with prospective clients on calls • Professional, confident, and able to work independently • Able to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced remote environment • Preferred: Agency, performance marketing, video production, account management, or client-facing experience
