📋 Description

• Lead one large, complex project full-time or multiple mid-size complex projects simultaneously • Consult on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes • Drive Agile and product delivery methods and resolve complex delivery issues • Create and manage detailed project plans covering scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies • Manage project budgets, weekly burn, velocity, burndown reporting, project margins, and revenue forecasting • Identify project risks, maintain RAID logs, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed • Serve as the primary client delivery contact, communicate status and risks, and manage deliverables • Manage project scope, prioritize work, estimate and deliver change orders • Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams of designers, strategists, and technologists • Manage project resourcing • Participate in initiatives to improve and mature the delivery practice • Mentor junior program managers and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs • Minimum 2 years of agency/consultancy experience; 5+ years preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP, preferred • Experience with standard project management tools including Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence or similar • Proven experience leading and executing large-scale digital transformation initiatives • Expertise with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products • Experience advising client stakeholders on digital program best practices • Experience managing multiple complex digital projects simultaneously • Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams • Experience defining contracts and managing programs to contract terms • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches • Strong financial acumen for estimating and optimizing project profitability • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Leadership, mentorship, coaching, conflict resolution, communication, presentation, influence, and persuasion skills
