📋 Description

• Manage ongoing client relationships and a portfolio of web retainer accounts • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports • Keep website development engagements on time and on budget • Define project scope and requirements with clients and internal teams • Develop user flows, functional requirements, and detailed Teamwork tickets • Refine project management processes with leadership • Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams • Evaluate new business opportunities, assist with proposals, and expand client partnerships • Represent Interactive Strategies at industry events and networking opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or client-facing environment • Experience with content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress • Proficiency in Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar project management tools • Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build rapport and trust through empathy and personalized service • Commitment to diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
