📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with DanceOne’s goals for growth and brand impact. • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with studio owners, educators, and partners to expand participation. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the dance and performing arts industries. • Represent DanceOne at conventions, events, and trade shows — promoting programs and engaging directly with the community. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and participants. • Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline, report on performance metrics, and forecast future growth opportunities. • Provide valuable field insights to inform programming, messaging, and partnership initiatives. • Support client retention and loyalty through personalized communication and follow-up. • Embody and promote DanceOne’s core values — integrity, passion, creativity, and community — in every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnership development, or account management. • Experience in the dance, performing arts, or event industry strongly preferred. • Travel required to conventions, events, and studio visits. (Up to 75% travel) • Ability to work occasional weekends and flexible hours during event seasons.
