📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to enhance platform adoption • Drive growth in assigned customers and use cases • Serve as the post-sale technical lead for Databricks products • Manage technical account strategies and execution plans • Address technical issues or questions regarding use cases and production status • Leverage resources and escalate technical tasks as necessary • Create execution plans for customer-facing technical roles • Provide internal and external updates on customer health and KPI reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery in Data and AI • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role • Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems • Understanding of attributing business value to specific project deliverables • Technical program or project management skills • Experience resolving complex escalations with senior executives • Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing complex programs/projects • Track record of overachievement against quota or goals • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience • Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
