📋 Description

• Qualify and validate technical requirements ensuring solution fit and implementation plans are aligned to the customer’s needs and strategic priorities. • Expected to lead and deliver tailored demonstrations, multi-day evaluations, and proof-of-concepts using PTC solutions. • Manage customer relationships, advocating for customer interests and addressing issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty. • Lead technical validation aspects of sales opportunities, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise to drive successful engagements and technical closure. • Drive adoption of PTC solutions, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to expand software usage and drive ARR growth. • Provide expert technical advice based on industry, market, PTC and enterprise transformation knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a technical SME supporting an enterprise PLM software • Enterprise Software, Implementation & Governance knowledge • Product Development, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Service process knowledge desirable • PTC Solutions knowledge and experience preferred • University Degree Majors: Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
